How We Can Help You

Whether it's on the court or at the jobsite, Bocci Engineering creates an 'advantage' improving the speed and quality of your energy and environmental projects. Bocci will
  • Step in for project overflows to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Assist in securing government contracts
  • Outsource existing project scope without expanding payroll or overhead
  • Provide on- or off-site support
  • Review, analyze, develop and manage projects
  • Estimate "cost of operation" to in-development projects
  • Research new energy and environmental concepts and technologies such as renewable and alternative energy resources, green building, volumetric risk, government incentives, emissions trading and commodity evaluations.

Major Projects—Renewable Energy
Westbury Hospital CHP Development, Ardenwood Group
Feasibility assessment and preliminary project development for application of Combined Heat & Power (CHP).
Research Projects, Houston Advanced Research Center (HARC)
  1. Emissions Characterization of Reciprocating Engines Using Renewable Biodiesel Fuel Optimization; Per EPA testing protocols, Nitrous Oxides (NOx) emissions resulting from the use of various bio-diesel fuel blends in stationary grid-connected reciprocating engine applications.
  2. CHP Emissions Assessment in Houston Galveston Brazoria (HGB) Non-Attainment Zone; Combined Heat & Power potential and emissions impact assessment in commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities in the ERCOT power market.
  3. Market Opportunities for CHP in Texas Agriculture; Characterization of the technical and economic potential for combined heat and power (CHP) systems using bio-fuels in Texas agricultural sector including; generating a Texas-wide Biomass-to-useable Bio-fuel inventory, analysis of thermal loads in the agriculture sector, and assessment of power potential from use of biofuels.
  4. Study by American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) "Potential for Energy Efficiency, Demand Response and On-site Renewable Energy to Meet Texas's Growing Electricity Demands", February 2007. Responsibilities included technical review of analysis and assumptions, project analysis and modeling, assessment of CHP emissions impact, report component review and feedback.
