Richard "Dick" Rusk, PE

Mr. Rusk is a senior mechanical engineer and seasoned energy consultant with

more than 30 years’ experience in engineering, energy efficiency and life cycle

cost analysis. Mr. Rusk’s technical background includes deep understanding of

HVAC, Controls, and project management. His outstanding qualifications include:
